Hey Guys! Hey Internet!
I have always wanted to go and visit Casa Azul aka the Frida Kahlo Museum in Mexico City, Mexico and this weekend my dreams came true when I stumbled across this really great virtual tour of Casa Azul The Frida Kahlo Museum. Her house is total artist goals!
I absolutely adore her studio, I really love getting to see artist studios and how they worked.
And I mean those WINDOWS – this is a dream studio and literal goals.
And I mean come on, look at those gardens and backyard.
This is probably my favorite view out of the whole museum out of everything.
This one reminds me of grandma’s house. ?
The only drawback to this tour is you don’t get to tour the exhibit of dresses, however, you do get to see the outside of the building which has a really cute photo spot if you ever end up visiting. While getting to visit it virtually, this is definitely still on my bucket list of places to visit in the future especially now after touring it virtually.
I will say this virtual tour totally satisfied my need to venture outside. So in case you’re bored and want to go on an adventure from the comfort of your own home I definitely recommend. Despite viewing this from home wandering through the museum virtually gave me chills, my favorite part was definitely getting to see Frida’s studio. I definitely recommend this virtual tour to any artists or artist history nerds.
Let me know in the comments below what’ was your favorite part, if you’ve actually been? Or if you ended up viewing just the virtual tour. I would really love to know.
Hope you’re doing awesome,
